Accelerator and brake controls fitted around you
Kivi systems are designed for drivers who need accelerator and brake controls moved from the pedals to the steering wheel area. The range includes over-wheel and under-wheel accelerator rings, plus push-down brake and slider controls for hand-operated driving.
We assess your vehicle, seating position, hand strength and movement before recommending a setup. The aim is to keep the cabin comfortable, preserve access to the vehicle's original controls where possible, and make the driving controls feel natural for your day-to-day journeys.
Over-ring accelerator
Kivi KO Wireless over-ring accelerator
The KO Wireless accelerator ring sits over the steering wheel and lets you control acceleration by pulling or pushing the ring. It is designed to be easy to use and can be fitted to automatic, sequential or manual vehicles where the vehicle is equipped with a servo-assisted clutch.
Two versions are available: a fixed version fitted to the steering wheel with an adapter, and a removable version that can be taken off when it is not needed.

Under-wheel accelerator
Kivi K5 under-wheel accelerator ring
The K5 under-wheel accelerator transfers accelerator control from the pedal to a discreet ring positioned beneath the steering wheel. It allows you to accelerate with one or both hands while keeping the original steering wheel adjustments, dashboard view and horn access clear.
The system is developed around the vehicle it is fitted to, so it can sit neatly within the cabin and feel natural in use. It is designed to reduce finger and hand fatigue on longer journeys while giving smooth control through bends and everyday driving.

Push-down brake
Kivi push-down brake
The Kivi push-down brake control enables the user to brake with a short downward motion of the lever.
All the transmission rods are concealed behind the vehicle's interior panels, preserving valuable knee room and maintaining a clean OEM finish.

What is the difference between the KO and K5?

Can someone else still drive the car?
In many cases the original controls can remain available for nominated drivers, but this depends on the vehicle and the exact control layout. We'll confirm this during assessment.
