Every installation and every wheelchair fitting is carried out by a named engineer or technician, not an anonymous crew — from the first phone call through to the fitting itself. Here's who you'll actually be dealing with.
SDL is run day-to-day by Grant and Stuart, who between them have shaped the company's approach to customer service and quality control.
Grant leads SDL day to day, overseeing installations and the standards the team works to. He's focused on making sure every adaptation is right for the individual it's built for, not just technically correct.
Stuart looks after the commercial side of SDL, including Motability scheme administration and funding queries, so customers get clear answers on pricing and eligibility from the outset.

PA to Managing director. Supports both Motability and private customers with the process of getting their adaptations.
Provides admin support across the business and assists in the accounts department.
