Before we come to you, we’ll have a chat on the phone to make sure we understand your needs and preferences and have the right suggestions for you. Then we bring the wheelchair, vehicle, or other product to you, so you can see, touch and try it in your daily environment.

When we do a home demonstration, we’re not coming to sell you something. Our biggest concern is that you find a wheelchair or vehicle that suits you and your specific needs. We don’t come with any preconceived ideas, so sometimes that means we bring one product for you to try, and discover that a completely different product will be a better fit.
Sometimes, although not very often, we discover that we aren’t the best people to help you. If that’s the case, you don’t have to worry, we’ll never try and make something work that isn’t right for you.
Reasons to choose a home demo
Firstly, not all WAVS are suitable for everyone – you may need extra headroom, for example – so a home demo allows you to test whether the vehicle is suitably accessible for you personally.
When you’re choosing a wheelchair, you need to know whether it will fit through the doors in your home, whether it will be easy to store when you’re charging it, and so on – so a home demo is a vital part of the selection process.
